Growth Mindset

Hello families! Our class has been talking about having a growth mindset. Each day our class is following Mojo's journey to grow his brain nice and strong. We have been discussing how we can have a growth mindset in the classroom! I hope you will discuss how to have a growth mindset at home as well. This is a skill we will continue to work on throughout the year. Here are the first 2 chapters in Mojo's journey to a Growth Mindset!

I don't know if you've heard... OUR CLASS REACHED 100 PRIDE POINTS! We will be celebrating this week. Details to come. 

I enjoyed meeting the families that were able to come to Open House. If you were unable to make it on Thursday night, I put the important papers in your child's Take Home Folder on Friday.

We had a great first week in first grade! The kids rocked our fire drill on Friday and have been having a blast getting to know one another. I have posted the newsletter for next week below and have also sent it to your email.
